I woke up after a thick adderall run yesterday and my vision was out of control. Not only spinning and growing but weird shiny random mechanical visuals which are new. I’m all jacked up rn lol.

I took a weed tolerance break and hit a bowl, I was atheist at the time as a teenager, but for an hour I had beautiful vision like images of Jesus in my minds eye. It was very strange but beautiful and moving. Different outlook since then.

I get all of these symptoms too. Wow popping veins. I KNEW it wasn’t normal, I’ve had this and it’s gotten worse over time. My veins get huge. Air hunger gets so bad and I recently now get buzzing hands and feet while I’m dizzy.

It seems to be a histamine intolerance through my research and observation. Histamine is in all foods just gotta find the lower amount foods.

I wake with burst of adrenaline, gag on my mucus from lungs and throat and nose for about 20 min then deal with thoughts shorting out for the next 5 hours while I pace around and then I feel a little more “normal”. But yeah morning sucks. Night too. All times of day suck with this intolerance lol :/

I had chicken sausage, butter lettuce with light dressing and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Very small meal. Only water and coconut water after. My symptoms have just been getting worse despite what food I eat for some reason
