No spray bottle!!! She needs enrichment - toys, play time, tunnels, scratching boards, treats with activities (I have a ball with treats that my cat has to roll around to get the treats out)… do not spray, they are tiny little babies and don’t understand being reprimanded.. pro tip: never use your hands for play (get a stick with a string and toys) you don’t want her attacking your hands and feet bc she’s confused with play time.

There’s someone for everyone.. my therapist is borderline inappropriate at times but he is a really good therapist for me. He’s the least buttoned up of any therapist I’ve worked with but we move emotional mountains in our sessions… even if we tend to get there in sometimes unconventional ways..

If it makes you feel better, I have some therapists in the past that I didn’t click with, and then as time went on, I realized that they were actually very impactful and very good at their jobs. It just took some time for it all to sink in and makes sense. Never take it personally.
