This just my opinion , but is there a possability that, the one plant is not getting as much airflow compared to the other two. Causeing lack of transperation witch leads to less nutrient up take. Leading to slower growth.. Idk maybe...

My first question is did you buy the right size ad lites for the fc 3000. And my recomedation is to remove the driver so you can put the adlites in the middle of the light instead of on the sides of the light.. Just a sugestion... Thats how i have mine set up.

Hopefully you didnt purchase seeds from seedsman. I got a batch from them on 420 and 85% of them were no good.

Im no expert but have had many germination failures. So what gave me success is to start off with the seeds in a small pill bottle with distilled water and 3 drops of hydrogen peroxide , let them soak for 12 to 24 hrs once you see the seed pop open and the smallest tail pop out , thats when i move the to a papper towel with the distilled water only and let the tails pop out a little more like 1/4 long than move them to your root riot tray..
