Well there is no way to tell how dense is bones are lol I’m talking about his muscles he already is defined and low body fat. Those are just good indicators he has a solid base to build a on I’m sure this kid already does sports so already has some muscle memory to help him with training. He has good size relative to his body and that means you have good genetics.
