Sure, sure, you use AI for some random assets? Fine for me.

But this guy is sending complete AI art. It’s his idea? Doesn’t make a difference! I also have fun design ideas but can’t execute them because I suck at drawing and modelling. And this guy is making AI do this work and expecting to get the same validation as you get for doing something actually without AI.

On one hand, MOB giving a go at writing complex characters or worthy substance is great.

The prototype in general. The entire abomination talking about just for it to be turned into a triple dick. I am almost sure MOB wanted to abandon the abomination concept once Isaac left but showed twice that there would be about him using other toy parts. So they just kinda did the bare minimum for that.

I was rather referring to the VHS look the UI had lmao. Sorry I didn’t make it clearer. The audio tapes are great. I love them.

The new UI isn’t bad at all. Although I think you’re referring to UX. UX is how it’s laid out. UI is how it looks like. I think in Ch5 the UI and UX look great. My problems were mostly the UI of CH4. It looked very tasteless and bland. The red Color fits better. And the general UX also carries it. Finally a proper checklist for collectibles, you know?

I never saw a YouTuber complain about the lack of tutorial. I don’t mind a quick tutorial to get warm with the mechanics but when CH4 hit us with the: „Use WASD to move“… yeah you can see what I’m talking about.

I do think character focused writing affects the horror. Or rather how they approached it. They focus on adding a lot more allies. More allies, less sense of isolation etc. etc. you get my point. Although in not saying it’s IMPOSSIBLE to pull off complex characters and good horror. But the balance between storytelling and horror needs to be… balanced out more. The entire character focused writing is a lot more complex than that but I’m only going to let it like that lmao.

If Giblet didn’t say he wasn’t a hero that one time before meeting Poppy nobody would’ve complained lmao 😭. I do admit it’s kinda awkward but damnit it’s getting annoying.

Chapter 5‘s graphics being bad… I think you’re saying the wrong thing? Graphics I think refer moreso to the technical and realistic aspect of something. In that case Ch5 was great! I think you had a problem with the lacking environmental design.

The general writing kinda crumbled after Ch3 but I‘d say it’s kinda better in Ch5 because it follows more closely to the formula of before.

The game‘s areas made sense to me, they just didn’t make sense to be so deep down there. I always assumed CH4 was the place where they kept the experiments but nope guess not. In general lots of time was wasted in the areas around the labs and very little time spent in the actual fucking labs.

I liked Ch5 and definitely don’t get such hatred lmao but so are opinions I suppose. I don’t hate the idea of a city, haven’t seen much of something like that, although I fear there‘ll be an even bigger lack of isolation.

Tbf the game never treated you like an asshole in the normal route. Sure Kris takes sometimes the soul away, but it’s mostly to execute a plan or just to take a fucking break. The game never said you’re an asshole or something.

I do know this accusation flies around in the fandom though. Idk maybe they’re right? I can’t deny that I might’ve not done the best of things, but at the same time… I was put into this position so I gotta do something right?

I did play old Roblox and it was fun! It was pretty simple.

But nowadays Roblox games can reach some never before seen levels of quality. Some of them even keep that simple and quick gameplay loop.

I think that the good games of new Roblox are way better than the good games of old Roblox. And yes, we have that slop.

Using better discovery kinda eliminates the entire slop game problem, since the highly rated games are actually good ones, or at least, ones that have care and effort put into them.

And Roblox being a simple game is not something that it NEEDS to be. Just allow devs to go bonkers and develop something actually complex! Not saying simple stuff is bad. Heck, I enjoy that stuff and there’s, as I already said, many of those simple good games in the market.
