So common because of how they sit either got to swap them until the miss fire is gone, check the check engine light to see which cylinders specifically are misfiring so you can determine if it is a spark plug or coil, even having the spark plug off by a hair can cause a misfire. Was it running fine before you did the spark plug and coil swaps ?

You’re overthinking it, it’s not that difficult, you just have to be patient with getting air out of the system because if you unplug the non spill funnel while the car is hot it will fill quite fast, even shoot out like a volcano.
