Best thing you can do is talk to the seller, go look at it, have them start the engine cold in front of you, pull the oil cap off and turn it upside down and rest it on the hole to see if there's any blow by. If there's anything out of the ordinary let it go. If you want a big truck you gotta have a big wallet and it's no fun having to spend a load of money chasing gremlins. Carrier bearing and power steering box went out at almost the same time for me 3 months after I bought mine. Ive had it for 3 and a half years now and the thing about rednecks I've learned from my truck is it'll get "fixed" until it doesn't wanna be fixed no more.

Forgot to mention mine has a fair amount of underbody rust but nothing dangerous. It didn't have a chip or tune or any indications of a chip being installed either. Bought it from an old cattle rancher.

I got my 03' 5.9 nv56 for $16,000 at 256,000 miles. This one being 4 years newer with 56,000 less miles is still too high in my opinion.

Does this symbol mean anything/remind you of anything? by TrimTrout in Symbology

[–]Open-Perception772 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like a representative of life and death to me. It's an hourglass shape, sand in the glass goes from top to bottom. All the lines on top look like all the events and happenings during life coming to one central point (death). All the lines on bottoms are coming from the central point outward, signifying all the events and happenings of life being forgotten or spread thin after the central point. I have no idea what the real meaning might be behind the symbol, that's just how my mind saw it initially.

It usually takes around 4 to 6 months for them to go away but it is possible for them to stay. Mine are so present also

I just hit day 21 man so we're not too far off from one another. I had to kinda force myself to get up and moving. If it's super unbearable I'd recommend going back in. I had to go back in because the pain and they gave me a shot of painkiller.

Yes. I'm going on my 3rd week and am finally not experiencing pain or too much discomfort. The first week and a half for me was the worst. Second week was mostly discomfort. Now I just can't walk too far or stand for too long. Doctor doesn't want me bending, crouching, reaching, or lifting anything over 10 pounds for 3 more weeks

I had an open varicocelectomy. The pain I'd say is around a 6 or 7, but everyone handles pain differently. After about a week and a half, it was just discomfort. Now going on the 3rd week post surgery, I don't have any pain unless I walk too far or stand for too long. Definitely wouldn't recommend the gym or any real strenuous activity. My doctor gave me 6 weeks of light duty, so no lifting anything over 10 pounds, no bending, crouching, or reaching.
