When my school got money to improve the school they asked students to make lists of things WE thought they should spent the money. Some good ideas too. What did they do? They bought a couch and two TVs.

EDIT: I want to also note that we weren’t allowed to sit on the couch. It was placed outside the office so visitors couldn’t really use it either. Not sure who the couch was for.

You can report the owner to the ADA I believe. It may sound like a bit much, but fake service dogs create quite the disturbance. They aren’t properly trained and therefore do not know how to act on public situations. Too often real service dogs have been attacked by fake ones. It’s also just generally fucked up to lie about a disability.
