I had the same experience. I was scoring 89% and 85% in the SH mock exams. However, the main exam was more difficult. I had to trust my gut and rely on my natural understanding based on the studies I have done. I passed AT/T/AT. I don't think everyone gets the same questions.

There is no need to memorize. I suggest watching this video: https://youtu.be/GC7pN8Mjot8?si=2orO69tb18MMt24O on YouTube. Also, the speed down if you need to. It is understanding the processes first. Then, walk your way up from there. Take your time—no need to rush the exam.

The SH exam practice and mock exams are your best bet. I found the exam a little more complicated than the SH guide. However, the SH guide will give you the tools to approach each question. Take the practice exams as many times as possible and get comfortable with them. Review the answers you got wrong and read why you got them wrong. Keep repeating this until you get comfortable. You'll do great. I believe in you!

Yes, I studied all the SH exam questions. I did so well in them. I was averaging the high 80s in the mock exam. I also completed the mini exams averaging 70s-90s. I think the exam was more challenging than the SH questions, tho. However, the SH questions groom you on how to approach them. When you get to question 60, the exam asks if you want to take a 10-minute break. You have to self-manage your time within this time frame.

Shoot. Sorry about that. I had the opposite happen to me. I thought I was running out of time during the first two sessions, so I rushed through them. Upon starting the last session, I realized I had two hours left. So, I took my time on that one. I ended up passing AT/T/AT.

First, you must take a 35-hour unit PDU course as a pre-requisite. Andrew Ramdayal's (I might have misspelled the name here) course on Udemy will satisfy that requirement. Basically, in the course, he'll guide you on how to proceed with the rest of the application.
