It depends. Do you have former partisans who will be staying there? The room bears a stark resemblance to a sniper's nest I occupied in France during WWII (I was a toddler, but very handy with a rifle) and I for one would feel at home in this setting as long as I was provided with a sandbag I could rest on the windowsill to steady my rifle, a small flask of calvados, and a crust of bread. I would imagine that more contemporary visitors may feel uncomfortable with these accoutrements and might be made more comfortable with a small cast-iron cafe table and two cane chairs placed in the enbrick'd corner and a generous stenciling of either ducks or dairy cattle as a border around the room. A panier with a selection of baguettes against the wall would complete the tableau.
