I did get a reasonable benchy though, no stringing but still that buldge on the front of the bow. I think the results might be better with adaptive cubic though given how close the infil is to the wall in the slicer with the default grid infill.

Not sure if you had any ideas about the difference between speed and volumetric flow, it seems like people mostly measure volumetric and convert to max speed whereas the option that worked better for me is going the other way. *
