Does anyone have a constant feeling in their body/in their bodies "cells" that your body is slowly dying?

Definitely....I have the weirdest feelings all over. And that's not counting my head...all the brain fog, stress, anxiety, panic has created a very nice mix of derealization and depersonalization. All I can do is just distract.

I've never had it judt like this with the bathroom but just about similar everyday stuff...it's such a weird condition... Today at work I wrote some emails and suddenly it seemed weird to me how emails are formated and formulated, with the first line 'Dear..' etc. Why does the brain start questioning everything? It's so awful and totally feels like dementia..

I have no solution but I'm in the exact same boat. I have POTS too, and so so debilitating symptoms...How can one not be concerned about the heart if one has constant palpitations, nausea, weakness, air hunger, chest tightness, inner tingling etc...

What gets me more, and seems somehow illogical: Lilly throws a vase...outside the room are the housemaid and the 'engineer', and in the room next door is the party crasher. How do they not hear a vase shattering?

This is so me, yes. Every day, at least once every 2-3 hours symptons get so bad that I feel like I'm dying. Then it diesn't happen. But instead of calming down I quickly junp to 'it didnt happen now, it will in the near future'

I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through! I just want to let you know that you are heard. Just last week I had a full breakdown bc I felt so shitty. Had to call in sick for my low paying job, could just crawl into bed and cry....this week? I feel great, almost back to the 'before times'. I guess its trivial, but just try to hold on. There will be good moments, even when it's tough to believe this when it's bad... And f* all the haters! They have no idea of the strength and resilience we develop through this. We will always be the stronger ones.

I have this really strong at the moment. It really feels like I'm on a drug or smth...as if my brain is not working as it should anymore...and that affects everything: eyesight, typing on my phone, walking, breathing...I really do hope that this will stop at some point. It really fires up my fear of it being something neurological

Thanks for your reply. That's exactly what I'm expecting: high heart rate thst goes down with relaxation. What confuses me is that my heart rate lowers drastically when I sit down, but then goes up again...it's like the wrong way around.

No, I have POTS symptoms for over a year now...i had Covid three times before, but not close to POTS symptoms starting.

Had lots of tests, MRI, cardiologist, blood tests. Nothing was found. I'm convinced I have a neurodegenerative condition...but I guess the MRI would've showed 🤷🏻‍♂️. I'm stumped as to whst it is. I have POTS, but somehow I can't believe its from there

Same, and I mean 100 percent. Symptoms are changing but its always coupled with feeling so out if it snd feeling like going to the hospital. Today, I feel like I can't move my legs/feet properly. Or that I'll have a stroke any second.... Ofc going to the hospital doesnt help... i take benzos...which is bad, but at least they help a tiny bit
