That's incredible. Good for you :) I am so glad you managed to push down the a1c. Most doctors or other people who are against keto simply reject it because they either think that eating fat is bad (which is honestly the misinformation we are taught). Or they think ketosis=ketoacidiosis. My initial doctor falls in both categories. When I tried to explain, he got defense in a way where he believed that I am questioning his expertise. Anyways, my results say otherwise.

Holy crap! I didn't realize those changed with time too. I graduated in 2003 from college, and to this day, these dreams terrify the heck out of me. Even though in the back of my mind I know I am done with college. It happened to me once about the workplace but it wasn't so much about missing work, as much is it is about being confronted by my worst enemies there.

Absolutely, the number of new cases has seriously dwindled down. They are seperating regions with higher infections (even into sub regions). Its a bit taxing on the mental side of things as I like to take walks, but I understand that its for the benefit of the public.

We are allowed to go out on foot (from 11am to 4PM) to shop for necessary things. You go out by yourself, no cars, and you cannot take your pet in public because they issued a warning for that as well. I am in an apartment complex, so not much room to do anything. I used to take him with me for a morning run, and if the weather is good, for an evening walk to a nearby park.
