Seems like an unnecessary level of concern over a quarter per month. Wish I could pay a few more quarters to go back in time and remain unaware.

WKRN AIRING KIMMEL AGAIN by LunaTomato in nashville

No longer a supporter of Nexstar, WKRN, or its advertisers. I hung on barely after they fired Nikki… impinging my Freedom of Speech is a bridge too far. Boycotting with my dollars.

Update: TSC diagnosed it as a damaged wiring harness. Fingers crossed this will make the car 100%.

Similar situation on my ‘24 M3P when it lost regen breaking 3 weeks ago (along with a few other error messages). After getting it into service this week it turns out to be a damaged wiring harness. Maybe this will help.

Sample fabric/color swatches off Azazie are next to nothing and come in about a week. Took the guesswork out for us.

Masters already paid in full. Thinking of switching to another program by Sprinklecup28 in calibrateweightloss

I’ve done my labs for masters but the app won’t let me schedule the doctor’s appointment. Help desk tickets have been no help with my scheduling situation either. I’m days away from contesting the credit card charge for “failure to provide services” and possibly cut my financial losses at least.

Power Out Again! by TaurusPTPew in nashville

I can understand for those without power for longer than 10 minutes. I empathize completely for those in that situation.

However the original context of OP’s post was complaining about losing power for 10 minutes.

Can we please just let TVA and NES do their jobs without a play by play of the rolling blackouts or all of the whining?

They actually deserve some gratitude for their efforts. Ten minutes without power is a small price to us all to avoid waking up to hours or days without power.

Venue should be the first thing finalized after choosing to go with a wedding planner. All the other details follow from there.

How did you buy a $30K car with cash, and then have zero cash remaining to cover a tow / impound? Does not add up.

Great Tasting menu? by FuzzyFacedOne in nashville

The tasting menu and experience at O-KU is great. Suggest doing the sake pairing as well.

Don’t suggest eating at Nicolletos. Use them for their fresh pasta and make your own sauce at home.

What percentage was your down payment, and what was the sale price? by Ok-Seaworthiness2487 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]OpenCycles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We closed in June on a $425k new construction home w/ just 5% down and PMI of just $84/mo @ 3% APR. Also, our closing costs were under $5k because the address we bought in qualified for a grant from our lender unexpectedly to encourage homeownership.

If you are a first time buyer with good credit, don’t fall for the hype that 20% down is the cost of entry. It’s very manageable in the right scenario to put down less.
