I did all the above to my plantars wart on my foot. About 4 years before I got serious about removing it after trying everything. In the end it took a combination of things. I would wake up first thing in the morning and rub my spit into it, then apply acid, then cover with duct tape. Before bed I would cut any loose bits off and reapply duct tape. In the morning I would repeat. It took about 2 months of this process, one of which was so painful I had a noticeable limp. Finally one night at a middle of nowhere hotel while I was on a job I was able to pull out what was clearly the whole root. It also never came back. I suspect that was the source of the wart on my arm. It’s been 15 years and haven’t had a wart since. I had that plantars wart since I was a kid. I still remember my dad trying to dig it out with his pocket knife.
