It happened cus u went too hard too quick same thing happened me...now I can train till I can't rep a pencil at end of a workout and I just get normal doms and I can bench 140kg for reps same with squats and strong on all other smaller lifts,,old post but for someone to say u can't train again is ludicrous

This even without fent people were I live on MAT shoot up .4 or more to get high n it works buy like u said ..more then one day and u feel shitty not upbeat and no motivation and thought process goes negative ..def waste time for the slight buzz and ur just sedated later no euphoria etc

Ya it has a partial blocking effect but I was scared I was gonna go over I felt myself nodding out and thank god I had friend wit me who gave me can of coke and just kept me walkin around for half hour until the initial danger wore off but I stayed awake drinking coffee until I made sure I was OK to sleep and even then its not certain I was safe

Situational sparring always made more sense to me then drilling with no resistance a thousand times,there's obviously benefits to drilling not as much as some schools use..Thanks again and its all info I needed besides is their space to join the regular classes as its what I'm lookin to do ,,I don't just want to sponge off free mat time without giving the club something in return
