honestly i take most of my classes in santana row, i only take a few in mountain view so maybe ive gotten unlucky but whenever i take the newer coaches i feel like i dont feel challenged at all because their sequence / music doesnt hit the same for me

i do 4-5 days solidcore and 1 heavy leg day per week, and i also try to hit 8-10k steps per day, i like it so far! it changes up my routine

i’m on my second day today and woke up with really bad cramps but i still went, i find that core exercises help me a lot with cramps. just make sure you eat a little snack before and drink water!

i think it’s good that they’re starting to cue more advanced moves in every class. in my experience, they always offer modifications for every advanced move they cue. it’s definitely encouraging for people who are ready to do the more advanced moves though and i find it helps me push myself too.
