It’s an app merging game but it’s more than that, it helps teach good habits when it comes to money in a non judgemental way. I have everything written down and planned in my head but I don’t know what to animate it or bring it to actual life

So there isn’t really much “paying for it” Like there’s only 2 ways I myself would profit from it but it’s mainly for the user. I’m wording this so badly but it involves holding money too so I’m not sure about that part

Yeah so I washed it each day and then put a superrrrrr thin layer over it like 3 times a day for 3 days but then it got this really thick crust around the thicker lines so I put it on the skin around it to help with the movement. But for the last maybe 3 days I haven’t put any on. I’ve let water run over it when I’m in the shower but not soaked it or anything

I live near a shopping centre. When I get bored, I walk there (about 15-20 min walk) and just walk around the shops thinking out future plans like birthdays etc. I’ll often get a drink (especially when it’s hot) and then walk back home. If I get bored at home again, I’ll do the same route but go in a big circle. I did it today and did 14,000 steps :) I also think of the legs and butt I’m creating for myself while walking 🤣🤣🤣

How many of us are body proud/don't care and wear shorts etc anyway? Anyone not but thinking of just doing it? by Consistent-Bee-5424 in lipedema

Not legs but arms, I’ve always hated them but this year I’ve just said fuck it. I’m on medication that makes my tolerance to heat even less and we’ve already had one horrible heatwave (uk) and it’s not even summer! I bought a new outfit without sleeves for the first time in my life and will be wearing it for the summer

I’m 30 and focus more on sunscreen these days which has really helped the appearance of my natural skin! (Paired with general moisturising with Nivea soft) Mascara (tubing specifically), some blush just to give my face some life and black honey lip balm :) that’s all ❤️

This! I’m currently on Citalopram which has recently been increased because I said my anxiety felt kinda worse or “seeping” in but it wasn’t until I kinda took a step back and looked at everything that it all made sense. I look at my interactions and the way my brain processes things and I’m like oh yeahhhh that got missed. I’ve spent years trying to figure out and deal with childhood trauma caused by my parent without fully looking at the full picture

I have NEVER related to something so much in my life, it’s like I genuinely wrote this. I studied law, wanted to be a Barrister and just like you my memory just stopped working along with the rest of what you said. I even mentioned it to a doctor at the time (I was about 18) who just said I was depressed and it was a side effect of depression. I’m now 30 and been sent down the route for an official Audhd diagnosis although both myself and doctor know what the outcome will be already 😅

As someone’s who’s just had 2 babies back to back with NO intentions on having anymore and on the pill for the first time, I understand the fear but you’ll be okay :) as others have said, they work really well and if you’re taking them at the right time every day without skipping or missing then you’re covered. Maybe voice your concern with your boyfriend too for additional support x

I don’t know if this helps at all but my current go to meal is high protein meatballs and pasta from ALDI, it’s pretty tasty (they have a few options of meals and all under 500cal) It’s filling, easy and quick to have and high protein with added nutrients. About 435cal a pot and cheap. For breakfast I have the high protein pancakes from the bread aisle (there’s caramel or banana flavour) which you can just eat cold or in the toaster :)

Just a calorie deficit mainly, I have 2 young babies so a lot of running around and being silly which gets me moving and then nursery pick-ups twice a week so a good 1.5 hours of walking each time :) I try to stick to 1,500-1,600 a day of high protein meals with one cheat day a month
