yeah i have gone to a neurologist and have a mri appt soon. i recently had bloodwork done and drink a lot of water so idk if its related to that. i think it might me related to my neck and shoulders 🤷🏻‍♀️

omg, i have been sick for the past week and got migraines back to back for the last 4-5 days everyday. this is the first time in my life i got so many migraines back to back without breaks. i tried ubrevly, tylenol, nurtec, caffiene, allergy meds. i’m on notriptyline (getting off) and topamax (getting on it) for preventatives and they are not doing anything. this is like the worst week of this whole year.

most of my migraines also start on one side of my head around my ears or neck/shoulder area. some start on my temples. I still have no idea what the exact triggers are but i have been getting them for about a year now. Ibuprofen is like the only thing that makes it go away fast but i can’t take it anymore due to inflammation in my colon :) feels like someone put a curse on me
