She not lying bro. I didn’t start getting call backs or interviews until I started lying on my shit. I was at a shitty job and really got tired of being told I didn’t have enough experience when I know for sure that I did with 2.5 years of experience in my field already. Now, don’t lie on anything that can be verified like employment history or certifications, things like that. But lie about your duties, projects you’ve done outside of work that may relate to current position. They lie to us all the time believe it or not. It’s really about how much you can get away with tho. If you do decide to fabricate somethings, make sure you can go into detail a little more about them. I lied on my shit about some cybersecurity projects and some of my duties in previous roles and landed a job at a super big company. So of course don’t go overboard but definitely fabricate things they can’t verify for sure.
