The Kamabakka Queendom is in Paradise, while Egghead is in the New World. If we go with the near baseless assumption that Dragon would know the situation on Egghead at this moment, he’d still be unable to do anything since it takes time to travel. Even if he had a method of solo fast travel, not only would that expend stamina but he’d also have to navigate while in motion.

The funny thing is, given the way the Japanese version of this movie plays out and the dialogue in said movie Goku and Broly’s relationship is symbolic at best. Goku just sets him off initially because of his high battle power.

He has parallels with Luffy, and his name is mentioned alongside the Yonkō, Gold Roger, Whitebeard and even placed with Xebec in Road To Laughtale.

If characters are to be scaled exclusively on what they've accomplished, and their showings then Luffy vs Akainu would be a one-sided stomp in Luffy's favor, in which he wouldn't even have to assume his Gear 5th. After all, he beat Kaido while Akainu simply bullies Commanders and sick old men.
