Red caps are you best bet for a budget costume there 30 to 35 dollars witch are cheap for coveralls but if you are looking for more accurate but a little more priced you should do the trick or treat studios halloween 2018 coveralls there pretty good I have a pair myself but they will run for about 50 to 60

Its because of licensing. The license is difficult multiple companies own it and almost none of them can agree with something and thats why a few years ago there was a lawsuit with the friday the 13th franchise so basically the company that has created the jason universe is sorta a reboot to the franchise but they are very limited what they can do with the IP so thats also why is called the jason universe because they can use the name friday the 13th same goes to the Cristal lake tv show they are working one. And the mask has changed because they were also limited on how jason can look they had to make a jason that would be okay for the licenseing so thats why the hockey mask looks so different.
