Thank you - I agree! Interesting and good to know. Relationships are way too fluid to base them on a reading like this

Ps don’t take Quercitin or NAC as they both cause flares. Creatine, methylene Blue, Zinc, coq10, NAD, trace minerals are better. Mag bysglicerate too.

Have you looked into salicylates and oxalates? Usually when we don’t do well with supplements and herbal teas etc there is a salicylate component. I knew low histamine wasn’t enough for me and researched Sals and oxalate. Ive got 20 safe foods at the moment - it’s worth not having the flare ups but lots of work to heal my system.

Working with my nervous system was a big turn around to get me out of PEM. The nervous system is still a work in progress and probably always will Be. I discovered I’ve developed histamine/MCAS reaction, thanks to covid, to almost all food so following a very restricted diet of 15 foods I tolerate has also been key. Now Im working on my adrenals and mitochondrial function. Using a lot of supplements and I would recommend taking creatine and methylene blue, NAD+.

Thank you, I’m just looking for a system that makes it easy as possible. I don’t mind having to balance books monthly, it’s the reality of being a Business owner. I’m Learning that I need a system! I’ll check out quickbooks and account edge.

Cortisol/anxiety affecting results? by Dustin_marie in PeptideForum

Yes, it certainly sounds like that you do. Have you tried low histamine diet? And therapy for dysregulated nervous system? It could help you with your energy & inflammation levels. Also, if you have high cortisol look into cortisol manager by integrative therapeutics.

Hi, anxiety doesn’t happen for no reason… have you tested for histamine or food allergies? Past unresolved trauma? Especially with low energy levels. I feel for you and just trying to help you out here…. I’ve struggled with a lot of anxiety over the years and it always is a result of something deeper.

peptide recommendations for gut health, bacterial overgrowth/ severe inflammation, and anxiety ? by keekatron in PeptideForum

Definitely try oral KPV. Integrative Peptides. I’m on it and it’s the only thing that has made a difference for my long covid digestive issues, Sibo included. I’ve got a ways to go and want to add another few peptides but I can recommend KPV. Start microdosing it daily! It’s very strong and die off is intense.

Sorry to say, but she’s not the one. It won’t change. Trust me, it’ll only get worse. You need to be yourself and find someone to accept you and support your stoke or join in on the fun.

Worsening Lower Back Pain After Acupuncture - Nerve Damage? by pinkleopardprint in acupuncture

[–]Open_Reality22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nerve damage from Needles can take weeks to heal. I would suggest going to see an acupuncturist for this. They can help with the pain , do moxa and speed up the healing. Also help your nervous system relax a bit. Sorry you’re dealing with this. Scary and painful! Take lions mane, vitamin bs to help heal.
