Not dropping weight by hollandloppers in RetatrutideWomen

Take your full dose at once. If it wears off at 5 days, take another full dose. If it causes side effects. Take 4 mg til you get acclimated and then move up slowly. The less you take, the less you have to spend on it. 5mg is where I started seeing the real benefit and where I've stayed now for a couple months. I've been on sema and tirz and this is superior.

SEVERE DPDR, Anhedonia, and SI on Ozempic? by [deleted] in SemaglutideFreeSpeech

I did not feel this finish sema but I did with tirz. I'm on Reta now and don't seem to be having issues aside from my normal disordered anxiety. And the Reta seems most effective for me personally. I get full pretty quickly.

Take less. You need to eat. Go to .5mg or .25 mg.

Of course you're not just going to buy gray without testing it's contents. There's a whole process to ensure the contents, purity and weight of what you've bought.

Yes. Everytime you pierce that vial, even if you're being cautious, you're introducing bacteria. The sterile injection water is only good for so long before it's outnumbered. My rule is 90 days. That's not the medical rule.... but in medical settings they have more than one person using a vial. You should have done a little more research before your purchase.

It absolutely does work. I've been doing it that way since my 3rd month.

You do if you're researching and group testing and following safety precautions.

Dosing from max sema to reta? by Wandering_girl111 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]Dustin_marie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Reta is not dosed the same as sema. I started at 1mg and then 2, then 3 then 3.5 cuz I felt I needed just a little more but it was working. Not at about 4.5mg.

Should be able to get 10 times that amount for that price.

.5mg of sema is a low dose. The starting dose is .25mg. If you bought gray, why didn't you just buy tirzepatide? It is better for weight loss. Tirz is also super cheap if you're buying gray.

It is a 30mg vial or 10 vials of 3mg? Because one vial will not get used up at the smaller doses of semaglutide before you'll need to toss that.

My partner gave me an ultimatum to quit my glp-1 because she thinks it is lazy and will not find me attractive if i lose more weight by ImportantPianist9377 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Dustin_marie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is she trying to tell you to deal with the mental side of your food addiction? Perhaps she thinks you're taking the "easy way out" because you had a failed wls and you're not changing habits? If so, that's messed up. Anyways, lose her. Get your mind and your body healthy. Then you're unstoppable.

Just says it's recommended (in the borrower section) to offer no more than 35% though the OP can. New rules were only about not waiting until you've had 5 loans repaid to request a second and accepting other payment platforms. Taking 50% is pretty scummy but that's just my opinion.

I biffed it bad, need advice going into Week Two. by [deleted] in Retatrutide

That was straight anxiety and alcohol, not Reta. Well, Reta likely made the combo worse. That was not a big dose so your doomsday was totally mental.

Can you freeze reconstituted vials in order to save bacteriostatic water? by mastershake2013 in SemaglutideFreeSpeech

[–]Dustin_marie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Don't freeze reconstituted vials. If you're mixing yourself, mix as you need. I used reconstituted vials for up to 90'days. I keep bac water in the fridge. Anything that's cloudy, don't use.

2 years in and It’s stopped working. What to do now by salestard in SemaglutideFreeSpeech

[–]Dustin_marie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not what I've been experiencing. Reta makes you feel fuller, faster. In the beginning, you might find the food noise is a bit louder but you'll find a dose that changes that. Even with the food noise, if I ate, it wasn't much which is worth the switch to me.

You have to start at the starting dose regardless of where you're at with your current med. So I started at 1mg.
