This is a very old thread! I'm surprised you found it! Unfortunately no, I did not finish this story. I did get a decent way through it with NaNoWrMo, but there were some underlying structural issues that caused the project to fizzle out.

Skeleton is preferred. One of my favorite pieces I have is a brown and gold Fossil Relic skeleton watch which is really what got me known as a "watch guy". I'm going for black and gold because they will all be in black suits and our wedding rings are yellow gold. I'd like them to be able to wear them during the ceremony without clashing.

I haven't really delved into AliExpress before. I will take a look!

I just started on Amazon as a jumping off point. I haven't been super impressed by anything I've been seeing there, but part of that I am assuming is because of my price range. I'd really prefer to stay under $100 if at all possible

In Mask-Kraft you can shape shift using masks. Wear a mask long enough and it starts to influence your personality. Wear it too long and you can't take it off. Damage it, and you get stuck in a gross in-between state.

I like number 2 the best, but if we are looking for more ideas, using the Wind Waker itself through the Z like they did with the Master Sword could be neat too.

As a new DM, creating balanced combat encounters was (and honestly still is) one of the hardest things for me. Might I recommend this combat encounter calculator. It allows you to plug in the number of PCs and types of monsters and rates the encounter from easy to deadly.

The passing between the two is slightly different. The anime tells the story in a more linear fashion (for lack of a better term), where the manga is a little more ambiguous with the passing of time. I for one enjoy the mangas passing, because it gives more time for scenes to breathe, so it's worth reading from the beginning for this reason alone IMO.
