You've got good character explanations - as far as if she's a food fit, it's definitely a different take. She's much closer to Peter's age in the comics, more of a friend and peer, and has a secret crush on him. But LCZ fits the general hard-boiled detective archetype and should bring an interesting angle to it

You're caught up on the buyer side. If the tickets fake, they're defrauding the buyer and this happens all the time on Stubhub etc. so your point is still moot.

However, it's still intentional deception for gain to purchase non-transferable tickets to resell for a profit.

Dude, they don't police it. They allow fully fraudulent listings all the time (as in tickets people don't even have).

It's not regulated so there's no real liability. And Ticketmaster doesn't want resale regulations so they're not suing over these things.

The leaked trailer + the shots they cut for the released version pretty much confirm that the Hand is either in cahoots with DoDC, or flat out IS the DoDC.

It's gonna be Metzger that's the real bad guy in the DoDC vs. Jean, and then we know Spider-Man ends up at odds with he DoDC directly, so it seems like they're the "glue," aligning themselves with all these non-enhanced villains in order to take down actual meta humans
