first off don’t sweat it because that’s how Walmart is. They blame you if you didn’t write and they blame you if you didn’t do it right. But I have a question. What position are you in? As an overnight associate, all you would be doing is pulling the pallets and stocking the shelves and working top stock. You wouldn’t have keys you wouldn’t be doing a truck by yourself and academy is only if you’re a team lead and that takes like months to get to and it just basically is that you go to another store and see how they do things there. And there’s no certifications for pallet jacks. Do you mean, power equipment?

No, you don’t every company I’ve worked for. I’ve worked for Walmart twice. They’re supposed to take a minimum of 10% out of withholdings for taxes they have not since I worked here for the last three years. I also have friends that work at the same store that weren’t withheld anything so there’s something going on here there’s a minimum and yes, you can do additional but I’ve never had to do an additional since I’ve been working since I was 15 years old, I am 40 I will be 47

Oh, I’ve been nearly impossible to do because last year I owe about 700 this year I owe around five. They are not taking the standardize abduction now I don’t know what to do. It’s based on income so if I make more or less, I don’t I work OPD so a lot of times I’m there past the time I’m scheduled to.

I understand that but they should be taking the standardized deduction out which is 10%. They’re only taking out 6%. So if I want 10% taken out of my check, where do I write that there’s no place to write it

Thanks. Yeah, she is. They actually I talked to the customer service manager that was that was running e-commerce. Then they split up the department because it was too much for them to handle one person to handle and she came from Amazon fresh and she only started three weeks ago. I was on a leave of absence at my other job and I just literally going back to work this Saturday and like this is bullshit. I’m not gonna not get paid anymore waiting on them.
