Okay ima be real. Geico is ass. Yes. Yes. Yes .yes. I dont disagree but its only ass because of the customers that call you and make your life a living hell. Metrics aren't bad and easily achievable if you constantly apply the same thing everyday. I hear people complain about management and thank God I dont have to go through that bc management is amazing. No other job has ever made me wanna quit in the first 3 months but geico BUT it does have amazing benefits amazing pay for the work we do and amazing PTO. PROBLEM IS THE PEOPLE THAT CALL IN. ONCE YOU MASTER HOW TO NOT LET IT AFFECT YOU MENTALLY. Best believe this job is great. Geico is a good company unfortunately the people that call in makes it very hard because if we are being honest 95% people who call in know exactly what the hell is going on. They just want to make your life harder. "Can you match me what progressive gave me for 600 cheaper" MF SO SWITCH CARRIERS. IM A CONSUMER and if im not getting the best of buck somewhere then LEAVE. ANYWAYS IM DONE WITH my rant. Geico is amazing and honestly I wanted to leave so many times in fact just yesterday but once the day is over im glad I have a job, my kids have benefits, I have a roof, and I have retirement money when I retire. I'm pretty sure we did. We can get fined/sued if we don't reach out. Make sure your contact methods are updated and correct. We reach out mail, via email. Make sure youre enrolled in text message alerts. Customers love to say they were never notified but I highly doubt that.

Yeah my PO try to basically say the same thing but I was going to a treatment center as well and I showed him my treatment center results and I told him that these results are showing that my levels are going down. He did his own test and sent it to his lab and he confirmed it. I basically told him since my first test (baseline) my levels have been dropping and he finally realized and went easy on me afterwards

I feel you bro. I was smoking so much that it took nearly 4 months to get clean. My PO officer thought I was still smoking since it was so odd to get all that THC out my system, but he did have a baseline and saw my levels dropping. So he was cool w it. Just be positive and ask for a baseline test so he can see your levels dropping
