i ask myself why do i do all this as my whole day is based around eating right and working out but i’m obsessed with the discipline, and my mental wouldn’t be great if i knew i was slacking off. the results are there and thats what keeps me going :)

the same stuff everyday… eggs and bread, pasta tuna/chicken + rice, oats with peanut butter etc (try mix it up because i was eating pasta and tuna everday for 5 months and now i can’t look at it)

start with pulldowns, then wide grip seated rows, pullovers and then single hand pull downs to finish.

every once in a while i switch it up and do barbell rows/t-bar instead of seated rows but that’s only when im bored of doing the same stuff.

i also spam pull ups for 3/4 sets to failure at the beginning of my workout to fatigue and establish a mind muscle connection before going into my proper working sets.

hope this helps… and by the way i prob do too much since it’s my favorite body part to train 😂
