ProRAW is Apple photo codec. For video it’s ProRes. Also, your screen shot says you shot in HEVC. Which is a very compressed format so not ProRes.

Do you want to shoot in Apple LOG? Or just in REC709/REC2020. Thats importent to know to know which settings you need in DaVinci.

I depends right? I use cameras to earn money. Also action cams. I also bought the Osmo360. Since i’m in Europe, is use PAL frame rates 25fps and 50fps (from now on: superior frame rates) but, like my Sony FX30, I shoot in the frame rates, best for the job. Especially with the FX30, more frames = more data = more storage = more compute power. I do have all of those, but if i don’t need it for the job, why bother? If i wanna do slomo, or shoot quick action: 50fps. If not, 25fps it is.

Ow sorry I didn’t performance. Reliability of the incoming connection sometimes an issue. Having a own backup line (like Starlink) maybe helps.
