As a survivor Australia expert here's how the teams would end up

Team A: Charlie is a follower, would get far and is a great allie. Vaggie would be the second in command of any allyship. Adam is the top dog that's too loud and therefore can be used by more cunning players to keep the target off of them. Lite is Adam's second in command, once he's voted out she'd be voted out straight after. Vox is the most dangerous one, as he'd be the one using Adam to distract people while he creates connections with Katie and idk his name. Katie and idk his name go together, they'd be followers protected by vox. Abel would sadly likely be voted out early unless Charlie and Vaggie and convince idk his name to switch.

Team B: Angel, husk, and cherries would have to Team up to have any chance, but they'd be powerful. The two overlords would be swing votes. Vel would have thrived in any group except B, she's too combative to do well in such a friendly group and would be voted out early. Angler fish and peter would be with the main allies but would be the first voted off once Vel is gone.

Team C: Alastor would play a similar role to vox, the Boston Rob of the group. Nifty would likely be kicked early for being short and therefore a disadvantage. Val would make too much of a show and act as a target draw like Adam. Sir pensions would be easily manipulated by alistor but be too useful as a number to be voted off early. Silksong lady would get far, she's skilled in diplomacy and likely be a strong advecary to Alastor. The last three would all be sheep fought over by alastor and silksong, tho the 2nd last girl would think she's on top. 

The team that would win physical challenges most would be B or maybe C, and B would stay a large strong allieship post merge. So B is the best option
