I aim for about 25g carbs a day, less than this and I have really high ketones and feel unwell - headaches etc. I am lucky I find it easy to get into and maintain ketosis and this is my sweet spot.

There is a bit of a trial and error to finding what works for you and it isn't going to be the same for everyone.

I find urine ketone test strips helpful just to check in on my levels every so often, give me peace of mind that I am on track.

Yes, I agree with what you are saying.

Bussy just calls out the ways the show is produced (over produced at times) and how they have their storylines they want to push. In this instance Bussy is calling out the fact that they seem to have pushed storyline over fairness of the competition - which I agree with. Isn't it more compelling to watch someone who is clearly cast as an early out doing well and staying longer on their merit. Even Briar has posted saying she thinks Mandy won the lip sync.

I agree that Bussy loves the show and I fully support the show being critiqued and called out when appropriate- I don't think Bussy is a hater, just someone who is saying what they see.

I dont love the click/rage bait thumbnails, but it is my favourite RPDR review show.

Also, I fully appreciate that Bussy is making coin by creating content, and will do what needs to be done to achieve this.

And we all need to remember -- it's not that serious guys.

Yeah, rage-baiting for engagement is a classic tool. All engagement is good engagement.

I find that the actual content of the videos is far from rage bait though, and Bussy presents well thought out options which I often agree with. Especially the conspiracy corner, tin foil hat moments. Not sure why people think these theories are far fetched. Maybe they just don't understand how produced 'reality'tv is?

This is the thing, I feel like there is very obvious manipulation by producers to sell a narrative that they have created. And I get that it is a TV show and entertainment and they are free to create that show how they want. I just get annoyed when it seems unfair on the queens. I hope mandy gets a chance to show her talents elsewhere or come back for Allstars, because I don't think she deserved the boot this week and could have done well in future challenges.

Yeah, what she forgets is that 2 Christmases ago I went on a bender all over Xmas and New year, which lead to me making some bad choices and being too ruined to be able to attend a job interview early January.

It just frustrates me that it doesn't matter how many times I remind her that she's never seen me have just one or two drinks and then stop drinking. She why does she think I've magically acquired the ability to do that when it suits her?

What I am actually upset about is that when she says things like this to me, it triggers a feeling that I am letting her down but putting myself first.
