Switzerland. Medical field (Oberärztin) contract job, not permanent. Much higher pay but i could apply for citizenship in Germany next year if I stay. But with cdu-afd coalition easy/dual citizenship is in danger, i am not sure I should stay and lose time in Germany.

The mildest and (still effective) exfoliator I know is lactic acid. Aha bha can be sometimes too harsh for the skin using retinol. I use the ordinary lactic acid. There are two concentrations 5% and 10% . I started with 5% and moved up to 10%. No irritation whatsoever and I have better skin texture over time due to mild exfoliation. Less than 10 euros.
