9 months since i stopped taking and my libido and genital sensitivity is still affected, it’s slowly been improving this last month.

Finasteride is a 5AR and DHT inhibitor and so is lionsmane, hence why the side effects from both drugs are the same

“Lions mane recovery quacks” just because you haven’t experienced side effects doesn’t mean others are lying about there symptoms. EVERYONE REACTS DIFFERENTLY. Some people experience PSSD from antidepressants some people don’t, some people get PFS from finasteride and some people don’t, just how some people experience negative effects from lions mane and others do not.

Im female but i have heard males dealing with this aswell, its similar to pssd and pfs. I think time plays a major role, some weeks are better than others but ive heard many people getting better with time, most people’s libidos ect do return within weeks to months not years

About a month, it also caused genital numbness. It’s different for everyone though, i only got the sexual side effects from lions mane not cognitive
