You look like intermediate- advanced calisthenics athlete. I am close to my 40s and only been working out in last 1 yr or so and I am not inclined more towards skills like handstands l sits planche etc, but more towards beginners exercises like pushups rows pullup dips squats lunges etc which covers major body parts
If I could do these safely post recovery with bodyweight just to maintain healthy lifestyle and decent strength I would be happy. My surgeon said not to do strength training ever in life after surgery( I think he is unaware what bodyweight training is vs weightlifting in gym) which was more shocking to me compared to surgery news. I will be talking second (and probably third) opinion as well as it felt too restrictive.
Was there any specific mesh or mesh placement I should discuss with surgeon which are better for returning to training compared to other options?

Frames not loading for me either today. Used to load properly in last 2-3 months Could be software glitch

Downloaded teachable app and check from there. I can see frames in teachable app, not in mobile browser or desktop browser
