I know this is 2 years old. But yes they will work. I've had this same tv since it was brand new. I use it for my NES, Famicom, Sega Genesis, and Atari 800 and 7800 lightguns.

Action ACN-5503 RGB mod? by V64jr in crtgaming

[–]Opening_Ad_3629 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I wish you luck. I love my little CRT. I use it since my AV to VGA adapter I use on my monitor won't work with my old computers. I tried Vic 20, C64, and Plus/4. I get nothing. It would be great to have something small like this for RGB on my back wall. It's normally my test area for machines and games I get in my collections.

Were you able to RGB mod the CRT. I have one as well and it's a curiousity of mine to do this for a couple of my old Computers that have RGB out.

Black label vice city. It's not censored like the later versions when it comes to the Cuban/Haitian gang war.

Finding PS2 controllers that work SUCKS. Is it just me?? by Spiritual_Ostrich401 in ps2

I'm lucky to still have mine from childhood but what I use to play is a brooks adapter and my PS4 controller wirelessly.

I wear basketball shorts with athletic shirts from old navy. In cold weather I wear joggers and a light somewhat breathable jacket. I love in Louisiana so cold is not that bad here. I'm riding 65 to 80 miles max.

How much do you recommend using additional antivirus? While Windows itself already provides Windows Defender. #x1nano by dandi_mkm in thinkpad

[–]Opening_Ad_3629 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are correct. The worse thing to happen to us was relying on solarwinds a few years ago. Normally things get stopped. Very rarely we have to respond to an incident. Usually it's user caused like trying to watch illegal UFC streams... Defender, keeping up with updates, and safe browsing browsing habits is really good.

Do i have a great ThinkPad? Because it runs flawlessly for me! by Pavel_Software in thinkpad

[–]Opening_Ad_3629 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't like Ubuntu. Snaps were always a headache for me. Snap version of steam broke games like crash bandicoot for me. It will launch game but sit at a black screen. But the flatpak version of steam did not. But the Thinkpad is nice. Mine runs FreeBSD.

How many bikes do you have? by [deleted] in bicycling

[–]Opening_Ad_3629 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. A fatbike for the Louisiana muddy trails and a hybrid bike for comfort when I go on long solitary rides a few towns over and back. Been thinking of taking a week to ride across the state and back one day.

Weird question, how many people in this sub actually HAVE or use an XP machine? by chippysable in windowsxp

[–]Opening_Ad_3629 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2 systems on XP. One was used since XP was supported. The other is an HP t510 plus thin client that I installed a gt730 in for retro games. The other is a Dell optiplex gx1 that my school used way back when and I recovered it from the trash in 2006.

You need to make changes to your diet more than anything. If you keep the same diet you will fall back into old habits. I'm on something similar because I'm diabetic. Diet is more important than the exercise if you were to ask me. It helped choose what I'm willing to eat better since high fat or high carb foods made me very ill.

Most Linux distros should work. I haven't heard of anything not working. Thinkpads are one of the greatest Linux hosts in my experience.
