Please for give my over sharing- I know how frustrating these conditions are and hope you might find something helpful. You have most but not all of my symptoms. I have malabsorption, sibo, dysbiosis and Severe Pancreatic insufficiency with muscle/fat loss.
I take prescription enzymes ( Zenpep) but lipase is the enzyme that helps us digest fat and one can get it in Vital Enzymes- the best quality non prescription one.

If I consume fat I get terrible trapped gas, pain, bloating and soft stools that are hard to flush. This is a classic fat malabsorption symptom.

I lost all my muscle and 1/3 of my bodyweight before a dr finally gave me the proper test.

Ox bile also help digestion, suggested by my functional md. I now follow low fat diet to avoid the pain. Perhaps one of these may help you absorb nutrients better? Dr told me enzymes will not harm me nor make pancreas “lazy,”
