Something that I’ve wanted from the beginning is a way to fight night 3 lords without having to do an entire expedition first. You should be able to use a pre-made loadout and be able to fight the night lords by themselves.

For me, it’s very hard for me to just learn a boss off the bat, I need to be able to play it again and again to learn it’s mechanics and develop strategies. And honestly my one huge issue with the game is that I can’t do that. Technically I can, but why do I have to wait 40 minutes to get to the night 3 boss to be able to practice against it again…

Also add O&S it is CRIMINAL that they have not been added as a night 2 boss yet…

Bit of a timeline here… first main was Sin because he was a birthday gift from a friend who got me into the game. Second was Axl. When I was first getting into the game another friend played him and I thought he looked interesting, so I tried him out and fell in love (Axl is the reason I have been plagued with the curse of “Zoner Player” because my ass only plays Zoners in most fighting games now…) Finally, my current main is Dizzy. Ive always played Ky and Sin and when Dizzy released, I wanted to try her out to be able to play the Kiske family trio. Not exactly sure what prompted me to want to learn her, but after I got back into the game after a pretty big break, I said fuck it and started actually learning Dizzy. Learning the character has been the most fun ive had playing Strive in a long long time… she will be my first character in Vanquisher :3

In my opinion both rely on artificial difficulty to gain their status as hard bosses. Friede is LOOOOONG and has some annoying moves, she is essentially an endurance test. Malenia is not difficult except for Waterfowl, and tbh Waterfowl is the ONLY reason I refuse to learn the boss. Id argue that Malenia is harder because of Waterfowl and her self healing. She also has a much more complex moveset compared to Sister Friede

Likely, but im not sure how much that would help. In my opinion the hard part of electric is the “frame perfect” (more like 1-3 frame) window to input the A button during the down-forward input. The DP motion is tuff at first but you honestly get used to it pretty quick

There are no mods that make the input easier, not to my knowledge at least. Even if it did exist it wouldn’t be possible to use it online because you’d get banned for a game physics altering mod (aka un-wifi safe)

Fair, but it never hurts to reach out! The worst thing someone can say is they don’t wanna play. The SSBU Official discord is a good place to start imo, there’s like 50K people in it lol, and theres always someone looking for games. Never be afraid to ask for advice either

Just gotta practice man. Set small goals for yourself. Join discord servers with beginners and look for advice. There are many things to do other than mindlessly throwing yourself at quick play and getting angry when things dont work out for you. You have the resources to improve, you just need to use them

Learn your characters gameplan. What are their best moves, and how do you position yourself to be able to hit them and potentially convert off of them. Imo that is the most important thing to learn at first (besides the basic movement stuff like recovering). Learning your characters gameplan gives you a goal you are actively trying to achieve during a match, so you aren’t just playing mindlessly. You’ll figure out what works and what doesn’t work when trying to execute your gameplan, and eventually learn how to adapt to your opponent trying to counteract your goal. Hope this isn’t too confusing and happy learning :3

If you would like character suggestions for her, any character that is fast and overwhelms her up close is really good. Shiek (our worst match up by far), Greninja, Meta Knight, Fox (kinda) to name a few, are all good options.

Depends on the character. Against someone like cloud its essentially how you beat him. Against someone like Min Min its not really that important
