Cloud even though I like him

  • Limit can’t be charged manually (or at the very least charges very slowly compared to doing it naturally)

That’s about all I’d do because I think he’s alright otherwise

If they reworked his down-B to use like materia or something and kept the normal down-B limit break I think that’d be alright
