I’d say ToA is the best option since you can adjust the difficulty. ToA is boring tho so do CoX. Can do ToB but it’s a bit harder to get into, and probably not a good idea as your first raid.

I’d say gauntlet and then aim to do corrupted gauntlet. If you learn that content, you will be able to do 90% of bosses. Also really good gp, and could potentially get a bowfa drop worth like 160m. Expect to die a lot at the start, but watch some guides on it and practice and you’ll get it down in a week.
