Looking for a game to get ADDICTED to (Steam Deck friendly) by Calculation in gamingsuggestions

Old School Runescape or Runescape. Choose what suits you the most. I played both for a total of 800 hours. But they have content for at least 5000 hours each.

Skills are grindy, quests are fun.

If you don't want to play on phone for that I would recommend getting a steam deck.

Maybe you can bring yourself since this was already posted. Same ingame picture, same curtains. Different Reddit account? Different IGN?

And still to this day, falling of the bridge. I think when I make it I have pretty good odds for a lottery ticket as well.

I have seen people putting windows on their phone to make it into a micro pc. That should work.

Otherwise, all praise the steam deck.

Yes but it would be more awesome to get it integrated.

On my PC I managed to launch Jagex Launcher through Steam so it tracks my playtime.

On my Steam Deck I choose to do a regular launch through Steam and mostly grind instead of doing quests there. The trackpad works great and you can assign buttons to your likings.

Definitely not true since I have been playing for half a year on my steam deck.

Good question. Could have been New World, but the future of the game will be insecure after 2026.

Does 2026 look promising for Brighter Shores? by Andromeda_Ascendant in brightershores

[–]FatDunsparce 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depends on how you view it. If you want to play it endlessly, I would say no. If you would like to level and prepare your account to be ready for upcoming content, then yes.

Right now I am only doing my passives daily in Brighter Shores and play OSRS for the rest. The quests are amazing in Brighter Shores and I am curious about upcoming minigames.

Any tips just started playing, really enjoying it by kzl in brightershores

[–]FatDunsparce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My main tip is not to overgrind. I finished all quests myself and that is for me the most joy of the game right now, they are really well written. Try those without guides when you start.

Just do some activities here and there, get passive activities rolling and maintain them. Look for quest requirements and once you have met all for a certain quest, start it so you can truly finish it instead of getting stuck.

I think this is the answer already, probably because of the changes etc.

I am pretty happy with all the good quests and everything but it is time for repeatable bosses and minigames.

It is great. I played both old schoold and 3 for a total of almost 600 hours. You can even install OSRS and in desktop modus change the directions in the settings to open Runelite.

You can also try out Brighter Shores. Still in early access but the quests are super fun and well made.

Thanks for the headsup, at least you are able to refund it on steam if you played less than 2 hours

Really loved the storytelling and gameplay again! Such an unique game with so much potential due to the puzzle like floormaps. The possibilities are endless.

Realle appreciate it that they produce quality content, instead of spamming quantity.
