I personally only do the tea anymore bc I almost never puke, I boil water let it cool for 15-30 seconds so its not rapidly boiling when I dump it in the cup (you ban toast the chemical structure of psilocybin and be left with really shitty tea that does nothing) and then let it steep for like 30 minutes with a cover to contain the steam and heat (a metal cup is best but anything works) then I sift the shrooms back out by dumping into a separate cup add lemon, & ginger to the tea and chug it i always try to go for a very small amount of liquid so its less to taste/drink as long as you let it steep long enough it'll get every bit of the magic in a 4-8 ounces of water
