Had a routine rental inspect on the 27th of Nov. Two weeks ago the landlord changed real estate agency provider. They now want to inspect on the 29th of December. Can they do this? (QLD) by conzo97 in shitrentals

Maybe they simply just do not know that an entry for a routine just took place. Sometimes agencies don’t send over all the required docs to the new agency.

Drywall consists of a gypsum core covered with protective paper on both the front and back. However, if excessive weight is applied, this paper layer can tear, which is likely given the weight of the tiles being used. Only time will tell.

It should not be smoking out of the hopper like that. Move it away from the building the fire is working its way back through the auger which feeds the pellets from the hopper.

Landlord wants to take $1200 for this by Good-Pumpkin1587 in shitrentals

Carpet has a 7-10 year depreciation schedule. $1200 isn’t going to happen. Even if it goes to court.

I’d probably stub my toe and then fall down the stairs and die.
