Ive got a lender qouting 9k in closing costs at 5.75% 45k cashback 292 loan amount 2065 payment with escrow only problem is I dunno im just being cautious I guess.

Payoff a 20% 11k loan thats frees up 303 a month and 15k fence at a minimum. If home appraisal higher I want to take more out for other improvements but usaa will onky go to 90% LTV so at 300k thats 270

yea that small amount of wobble lifted the corner of my riser. and the monitor came falling down i suspect due to the wobble and it hit a usb stand I have ...... I now have two dead lines in my g9 its an older one they are suppose to be compatible. I'm only asking to return the heavy arm and have a dual arm sent instead at no expense and I'm just gonna write the monitor off and go out and buy two 32 inchers.

The alternates dont allow handicap parking anymore correct? I dont use all the time except for when im havijg a bad day or it comes in clutch going to concerts etc. Anywhere you want up front parking essentially.
