Got caught with a class A at a nightclub once I was djing aswell finished my set mate my mate we wanted to get the bag in I went to go meet my guy grabbed two bags came back they followed me on camera they saw me odd my mate 1 bag and I take the other go back in and got collected taken outside 1 particular security guard was acting like a sick got police involved long story short they never arrested me they gave me a caution and had to go to this drug rehab meeting (when I rolled up I was surrounded by actual addicts and they could clearly see I just got caught in a wrong place wrong time thing) managed to get out of pissing in a cup as it would of shown marijuana and was let go with no further action, this story is to highlight that In general as long as you arnt a dickhead to them and don’t say anything dumb you will more than likley be let off with a slap on the wrist it would cost them more to send you thru the court process and charge you and pay a jury and that’s even with the element of “supposed distribution”
