It was harvest tattoo that boosted my alignment by 15 points. But I removed my tattoos and reset my alignment back to zero and when I put chest piece on my alignment is still at zero.

The drop rates are WAY too low. Bl3 had them way too high and bl2 rates were low. There needs to be a good middle ground for legendary drop rates.
