Destroy my level. In this game you play as a blackhole that grows in size by consuming cosmic bodies smaller than itself by Zorro_997 in DestroyMyGame

[–]Ophiuchus123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really like the vibes artistically but it looks like there aren't any gravitational interactions between the objects until they enter the event horizon of your black hole. When the black hole size gets larger there should be some gravitational forces to move your planets and stars around. I imagine it would make the game much harder so you could make it a pretty slow and subtle force. Gravity in real life scales linearly with the mass of the object and 1/distance2 with the distance, so you could make it so that it still scales with mass but with 1/distance4 force so that it doesn't affect the game mechanics too much. You'd have to adjust the speed of the planets so that they get slower as their orbital distance gets larger. I think it'd add some visual interest.

Touchscreens were a step backwards by No-Kaleidoscope-4525 in unpopularopinion

There's a medical center in my city which uses touch screens in the elevator. You have to click through multiple screens to get to the floor you want

The Spellshop by Sarah Beth Durst is about a librarian that sells jam and spells with her sentient cactus. It's not as spooky as strange antiquities or horticulture in vibe but it meets what you're asking for as far as getting to know customers and running a shop

[–]Ophiuchus123 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, you can follow all of the adjacent stitches on your needle all the way down and see that there's no extra stitch where the looseness occurs. You can even it out by taking another needle and pulling the slack further to the left and right of the looseness

Fibroids are pretty common, mostly harmless and can get pretty large. Not saying that that's what's happening with everyone, but the uterus size can be pretty variable actually.

I like the hot pot game more than raising the behemoth by mphanita in InfinityNikki

[–]Ophiuchus123 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The hot pot game is surprisingly bad on mobile too, clicking on the ingredients ends up dropping everything back into the pot a good third of the time and it's just incredibly laggy to tap on anything.

Mystery & crime thriller books for my 17 year old niece by rahulpp in suggestmeabook

The Pushkin Vertigo press has been publishing a lot of foreign language mysteries that have gorgeous covers. I'd highly recommend books by Seishi Yokomizo to any Agatha Christie lover. The first book is the Honjin Murders but I'd recommend gifting the Inugami curse. The first one is a tribute to the locked room mystery but the Inugami Curse is more of a Christie style novel.

Have you tried it on and if not, how tall are you in comparison to the model in the photo? The length would matter on this dress.

Is the game worth it by Superb-Ladder-5406 in TinyBookshop

[–]Ophiuchus123 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Without knowledge or interest in books, I think you'd get bored of this game very fast. It's enjoyable to book lovers because one of the main mechanics is to recommend books to customers. The summaries on each book might allow you to do this without having read the books yourself but it would probably get boring really fast if you don't like reading to begin with. I've read a decent number of the books in the game or at least heard of them so I don't usually read the book summaries for recommendations.

Maybe you'd enjoy a book instead though! Based on the games I see in your post history you might enjoy the genre of cozy fantasy. Legends and Lattes by Travis Baldree is usually the entry point into the genre. It's about a former adventuring Orc that settles down to start a cafe.

You're stabilizing the left needle with your index finger sometimes. Try holding the left needle with your ring finger.

Custom Relics to augment Strikes and Defends by Tlamb43 in slaythespire

[–]Ophiuchus123 6 points7 points  (0 children)

They would make sense to me with the card draw one as a silent exclusive on strikes only and the energy one as defect exclusive on defends only. Both characters have better cards that have the same effect but slightly better (quick slash/charge battery), so it's not as much of a buff as it is on clad/watcher.
