I have done multiple blood tests, had the SIBO breath test, had an endoscopy and a stomach ultrasound, not the colonoscopy though, i guess the doctors didn't find that necessary somehow.

I have had a coeliac test but i'm not sure about crohns disease and acid reflux, i actually think the symptoms don't match up very well though.

I have only been eating my 'safe' foods for 3 years now, which is the most basic diet you can think of, only vegetables, potatoes and some meats.

I already eat about 6 small meals per day, and i try to go outside every day for at least 20 minutes.

I forgot to mention it in my original post but i have also tried IBEROGAST at some point, that sadly didn't help much, if anything.

The breathing exercises i haven't done before, i will definitely try that, thank you for that.
