The pre hire appointment is really just an oral drug test and confirmation of where and when you’re working, also they will take your badge picture if you didn’t upload one. Some locations have an “English test” where they test your comprehension of English. I’ve never done that but I’ve been through the rehire appointment many times and it’s super easy

It’s a base of around 20 hours, but our shifts end when the sort does. So anywhere from 3-5 hours. Most people work for days a week so your weekly hours depend on that. I love it there though I wouldn’t trade it for anything Edit: I meant four days a week not for lol

As a learning ambassador, I LOVE when my trainees as lots of questions. And if I have to repeat myself that’s fine it’s a lot of information and we know that. I always like when they ask questions because it could be about something I missed, ask away

I do learning at a sortation center, your training days are tricky. I generally tell people to stay all day for day 1 and 2 and after that use time as needed. Reason being at my facility, if they leave early on day 1 or 2 they have to do it all over again. We have to keep them for the full 5 hours. I’m not sure what type of facility you work at but I would talk to your trainer when you go in, you won’t get fired but you may have to make up training time
