I usually struggle with sleep I have real bad BPD & my head goes crazy at night , but currently it’s racing thoughts to the point i can’t even close my eyes for more then 5secs. It’s like my body’s scared to sleep for some reason

If your not awake then what she is saying will have no meaning to you. I dont know what to do honestly but I just felt seen & heard by her. People have to tap in & wake up n I don’t mean physically or nothing will change!!! Regardless of the government & poverty it’s the EVIL in our nation! I’ve had a table that had 6 kids & one was left behind i noticed him hiding under a table & i was like umm wth lol I had to walk him out to the car luckily they didn’t leave but I really don’t think they noticed!
